Welcome! Thank you so much for your interest in NDA/St. Lawrence Preschool. To register a new student, please follow the process below. Step 2: Required Documents for NEW FAMILIES:
- $50.00 Registration Fee Per Student
- St. Lawrence Preschool: additional application documents-Download HERE
- State Issued Birth Certificate
- Baptismal Record if Baptized Catholic at a parish other than St. Lawrence or MQOP
- If Transferring Schools – Current Report Card/transcript & MAP scores
- If Transferring Schools – Any Evaluations, IEP’s/504 Plans, or Accommodation Plans
- Additional Documentation Upon Request

Once the online application is complete and we have received all of the above, the application will be considered complete.
